Overnight Tour Suggestions |
3 or 4 Day Holiday |
- Day1
- Depart Johannesburg or Pretoria.
- Enjoy a midday experience at the Elephant Sanctuary, then "wine tasting" with a difference on the way to your guest house.
- Day 2
- After breakfast, go strawberry picking in the fields - eat as many as you like. This is dependent on the time of year.
- The alternative is a tour at a nearby Cheese Farm.
- After lunch you can either choose to go horse riding into a game reserve or go on a game drive at a nearby Game Farm.
- Spend the night at either of these resorts.
- Day 3 & 4 (you may choose to go home at the end of day 3)
- Drive to the Pilanesberg Game Reserve where you spend the day discovering wild life in their natural habitat. Maybe you will see all of the "Big 5".
- After a comfortable night at one of the many resorts or guest houses in the area, you can visit the well known Sun City Casino Resort for the day before going home.

6 Days in Mpumalanga and Limpopo |
- Day1
- Depart Johannesburg.
- Travel via Dullstroom to the town of Pilgrim's Rest. This town is one of many Heritage sites in South Africa.
- Spend the afternoon investigating all the old fashioned places and meeting the locals before enjoying dinner at your hotel.
- Day 2
- After breakfast, spend the day exploring the surrounding area.
- You will see Bourke's Luck Potholes, God's Window and the many beautiful waterfalls on the way to the little town of Graskop which is right on top of the mountain.
- Day 3
- Set off for the Kruger National Park via the beautiful Swadini dam at the foot of the Three Rondawels.
- Travel on to the Kruger National Park via the Strydom Tunnel and the Blyde River Canyon - the 3rd largest canyon in the world.
- Day 4 & 5
- Spend two days discovering the wonderful variety of game in the park, as well as the abundant bird life.
- Day 6
- Return to Johannesburg, stopping at the Sudwala Caves where you meet up with prehistoric man and his environment.
