When you leave the Sanctuary you stop to explore the informal African Market just down the road.
A popular alternative
Instead of breakfast, enjoy an early morning program with the elephants(min 4 people): brush them down, walk with them and be kissed by the baby of the bunch.
THEN: visit the nearby Cultural Village where the villagers introduce you to their customs and rich heritage, after which you are thrilled by a dancing display where you are invited to join in.
